RETURNS AND REFUNDS INFORMATION
Yamamay intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items purchased online and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
The customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or article, of the same or greater amount, must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the www.yamamay.com website.
The return request must necessarily take place within 14 days of receipt of the purchased good, and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used. The return procedure is activated by connecting to www.yamamay.com and entering the section My profile "My returns".
Subsequently, the return of the item (s) and therefore entrusting the return to the courier must necessarily take place within 14 days of the return request (costs may be charged for the return shipment).
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To send one or more returns to www.yamamay.com, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:
The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged appropriately.
All other labels of the article, both in fabric and pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, Yamamay reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense.
THE RETURN PROCEDURE
The Customer can request the return of all or part of his order by connecting to www.yamamay.com and entering the section My profile "My returns".
Here the customer can request a return by clicking on the "Add a new Return form" button and then on the "Select Order" button corresponding to the order that contains the items you want to return.
For each item, the number of pieces returned, the reason and the condition of the items must be entered.
After booking you return on our website please contact our Customer Care to get a FedEx label, and apply it to the return package, covering other labels, or deleting any other references.
After this simple operation you can call FEDEX and book your return. If you need support, please log into your www.yamamay.com account and contact us.
In any case, the customer can use another carrier at his choice; to facilitate the processing of the return, the Customer is invited to apply the label sent by Yamamay.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk and peril: Yamamay is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned items are inspected by Yamamay staff who verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Yamamay reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts are established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of returns and communicated to the Customer.
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit.
A few days may elapse between the date of receipt of the return and that of the refund. Refunds are made in the same purchase currency. Any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
It should be noted that if the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he will be reimbursed for the total amount of the purchase including the original shipping costs (standard delivery only). The cost of returning the order is equal to 9.50 Euros using the FEDEX carrier.
In the event of defects and / or non-conformities, the Customer will be entitled to a free return of the disputed items.
