1.    Who collects your Personal Data

In its capacity as Data Controller (hereafter “Data Controller”)Triboo Digitale Srl, with registered office in Milan, Viale Sarca, 336 - 20126, (MI) is the subject collecting and processing Personal Data.

2.    Why do we process Personal Data

The data processing systems and software procedures used by this Site acquire some personal data, during their normal functions, the transmission of which is implicit when using Internet communication protocols. This refers to information which is not collected to be associated with identified parties, but due to their nature could, permit the identification of the user if they are elaborated and associated with data held by the Data Controller or third parties.

Personal Data includes: IP addresses or computer domain names used by the users to connect to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of request, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error etc.), other parameters of the operating system and the environment used by the User, information on the behaviour of the user on the Site, the pages visited or searched, so as to select specific ads for the Site user and the data related to browsing behaviour on the Site using, for instance, cookies; further information on the above can be found in the Information Notice clicking here.

In the processing of Personal Data that can identify you, directly or indirectly, we take all possible precautions to implement a principle of strict necessity. For this reason we have configured the Site to ensure that use of Personal Data is extremely minimised and to limit processing of Personal Data that can identify the data subject only when strictly necessary, or requested by authorities and police force (such as, for instance, data related to traffic and time spent on the Site or your IP address) or to ascertain responsibility in the case of any hypothetical IT crimes committed to the detriment of the Site.

Some Personal Data is strictly necessary for the Site to function properly, other data is used for the sole purpose of collecting anonymous statistics on the use of the Site and to check it functions correctly and they are cancelled immediately after processing. You will be informed each time on the mandatory or optional consent to the conferral of your Personal Data and any consequences if conferral consent is denied.

3.    How we process Personal Data

Your Personal Data will be processed using automated systems for time strictly required to fulfil the purpose for which the details were collected, implementing a principle of strict necessity and proportionality, avoiding the processing of Personal Data when the operations can be performed using anonymous data or other procedures.

We have adopted specific security measures to prevent loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access to Personal Data, but we must emphasise that, in order to protect your data, you must ensure that your device is protected by consistently updated antivirus systems and that your internet provider  guarantees secure data transmission with firewalls, anti-spamming filters and so on.

The personal details of a third party recipient (name and email address) to whom you wish to send a "e-Gift Card" to during the purchase process, shall be processed exclusively to allow Triboo Digitale to send the "e-Gift Card" via email to the recipient, to unlock the card and fulfil all consequent services and obligations assigned to Triboo Digitale.

4.    Who will process your Personal Data

Your Personal Data will only be processed by specifically appointed and authorised data processors, monitored by the Data Controller, i.e. the Data Controller's employees and collaborators in their capacity as Designated Officers and Chief Data Processors, and by enterprises trusted by the Data Controller who provide services of a technical and organisational nature. These enterprises are direct collaborators of the Data Controller and are appointed as Chief Data Processors.

5.    Your rights

As the Data Subject, you are entitled to request the erasure, anonymisation, copy, update,  rectification or integration,  or blocking of data which has been processed unlawfully, in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, a complete version of which can be found at the foot of this Privacy Policy.

You shall in any case be entitled to oppose the processing of your Personal Data for commercial and marketing information purposes and oppose the processing of your data for other purposes for legitimate reasons.

Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Rights of the Data Subject

1. The Data Subject  has the right to request confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exists, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.

2. In particular, the Data Subject has the right to obtain indications on :

a. the source of the personal data;

b. the purposes and methods of the processing;

c. the logic applied to processing if the same is carried out with the use of electronic means;

d. the personal data of the Data Controller, the persons in charge and the designated representatives pursuant to Art.5 paragraph 2;

e. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of such data in their capacity as Representatives for the Country, Chief Processors or Designated Officers.

3. The Data Subject has the right to obtain indications on :

a. updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;

b. erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;

c. certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

4. The Data Subject is entitled to oppose, totally or partially:

a. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;

b. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
