Our commitment to the planet is demonstrated by: the reduction of the amount of packaging and the use of reusable or recyclable materials to make it. the recycling of packaging used for product distribution. the reduction of the amount of protective plastic cups used to ship our bras and the removal of pantyliners with adhesive from the 2020 beachwear collection onwards. the decision to use solar energy to integrate renewable sources into the Gallarate headquarters' energy supply. the partnership established with One Ocean Foundation; an organisation that promotes a sustainable blue economy and develops special projects aimed at raising awareness of issues affecting marine ecosystems.


Our commitment to people. We promote the professional development of our employees through training courses. We educate our people about the principles of sustainability and related processes. 93% of our employees are female. We have been safeguarding the health and well-being of our employees by promoting cancer-prevention visits, in partnership with LILT (Italian League for the Fight Against Cancer), since 2015 .
