How soon will Yamamay process my order?

Yamamay will start processing your order after receiving the payment confirmation; your goods will be processed in the next 24 hours.

How do I track my package?

When your package is ready you will receive two e-mails: one from our systems with the summary of the general information and one from BRT containing the link to access the shipment tracking.

Who will deliver on Yamamay's behalf?

All deliveries on national soil will be handled by the BRT express courier.

How much is shipping?

The price of shipping is € 3.95. Yamamay offers free shipping with a minimum purchase of 49 € on the entire order. You can thus place your orders without worrying about shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my products? the delivery address?

Generally the delivery time varies - depending on the destination - from 24 to 72 hours (to be understood as working days, from Mon to Fri).

For customized products, it may take approximately three working days longer than the stated delivery times. We also inform you that, in conjunction with particular events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber monday, etc.), the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant atttention in compliance with the established times.

What if I'm not home on the first day of delivery?

BRT will autonomously make another delivery attempt; if even the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the BRT branch will contact you by phone that same evening. After 3 working days without having received information, your order will be placed in storage and kept in the BRT branch responsible for final delivery for a maximum period of 10 days.

I want to change the delivery address; how do i change it?

Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not yet possible to change the shipping address of an order; therefore, carefully choose the delivery address and contact our customer service for any changes.

Where does ship to?

In addition to Italy, Yamamay ships to Germany, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Austria, the Reca Republic, Romania, Holland and Belgium. Soon also in the UK and Switzerland.

I haven't received my order yet, what can I do?

First check the tracking of the shipment. If the two delivery attempts have already been made and you have not answered the BRT operator's call, it is probably in stock. Contact our customer service to unlock the shipment.
