Let’s consider a standard cup, called CUP B, both in underbust and cup volume.

When the underbust measurement remains the same, but the cup depth increases by one, it is called CUP C.
When the underbust measurement remains the same, but the cup depth increases by two, it is called CUP D.
When the underbust measurement remains the same, but the cup depth increases by three, it is called CUP E.
When the underbust measurement remains the same, but the cup depth is smaller, it is called CUP A.
