How can I track my parcel?

When your order is ready and handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with access to the shipment tracking.

How long will it take to receive my products?

Yamamay will begin processing your order after receiving payment confirmation; your goods will be processed within the next 24 hours and handed over to the courier. Delivery times generally vary, depending on the destination, from 24 to 72 hours (working days, Monday to Friday), which must be added to the preparation time for your order.

For customized products, approximately five more business days may be required than the stated delivery times.Please also note that during special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, etc.), the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant efforts to meet established deadlines.

Who will carry out the delivery on behalf of Yamamay?

All deliveries within the national territory may be handled by the couriers BRT and FedEx.

What if I am not at home on the first available delivery day?

The courier will automatically make a second delivery attempt. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by our Customer Service to arrange a new delivery.

Alternatively, you can independently choose a pick-up point (Fermo Point) near your address by accessing the courier’s website.

The storage period can last up to 10 days, after which the order will be returned to the sender.

I want to change the delivery address: how can I modify it?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to change the shipping address of an order; therefore, please choose your delivery address carefully and contact our customer service for any changes.

I have not received my order yet. What should I do?

First, please check the shipment tracking. If two delivery attempts have already been made, the parcel is likely being held at a local depot. Please contact our Customer Service to release the shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are €4.95 for home delivery, € 3,95 for delivery to an InPost locker or pick-up point, and € 2,95 for in-store pickup.

Yamamay offers free shipping for orders over € 49 across the entire catalog. This allows you to place your orders without worrying about shipping costs.
