Shipping

Shipments of products purchased on https://www.yamamay.com/ are delivered by FedEx express courier usually in 3-6 working days from the readiness of the order in stock. By "working days" we mean of course from Monday to Friday, excluding the national holidays in Italy.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to change the shipping address of an order after you have made your payment, so the delivery address must be chosen carefully when purchasing.

For custom products, it may take approximately five working days longer than the stated delivery time.

We also inform you that, in conjunction with special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), the processing of the order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant care in respect of the established times.

When the package is actually ready, it is entrusted to the courier, who at the same time sends the customer a confirmation communication with all the details necessary to monitor the order, using the tracking code.

Home delivery
If the courier fails to deliver the package, delivery is rescheduled for the following working day, simultaneously sending a notice by e-mail.
After the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, after three working days, the order is placed in stock and our customer service will contact you where possible.
The storage period can be a maximum of 10 days, after which the order will return to the sender.

Delivery to a Yamamay store
After the order confirmation email, the customer receives an email with the confirmation of availability of the order in the store. The order remains available for 7 (seven) days from receipt of the "product availability confirmation" email to be picked up at the chosen store by showing a valid ID document and a copy of the order confirmation or the availability for collection received via e-mail.
In case of withdrawal of the order made by a third party (or not the owner of the order) you must present yourself at the point of sale with a delegation signed by the owner of the order and a copy of an identity document valid for this, as well as a copy of the order confirmation or the availability for collection received by e-mail.

Payments

Purchases made on the website https://www.yamamay.com/ can be paid for using the following payment methods:
• Credit/debit card
• PayPal
• AmazonPay

Payment must be made at the time of the online order by the Customer. At no time, the sums paid will be considered as instalments or advances. All orders are payable exclusively in euros.

Credit Card: The payment of the order by the Customer can be made by credit card, a simple and secure means for online purchases. Yamamay accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and PostePay.
Yamamay guarantees the maximum security to its customers thanks to the most used encryption solution on the market. In fact, by clicking on the bank card held, the Customer will be directed to the site of supervised payment of the company Adyen that implements the SSL security standard. Confidential data is transmitted in encrypted form to the company Adyen. The financial information of the Customer who purchases on the yamamay website (credit card number, expiration date of the credit card and other personal data) will be processed exclusively by Adyen and will never come into possession and/or knowledge of yamamay. In the context of the fight against fraud, Yamamay uses 3D Secure payment for orders paid by Visa and MasterCard.
3D Secure (also called Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) is a payment system based on authentication that allows to reinforce the security during purchases made online. At the time of payment, the Customer’s bank checks the identity of the card holder before confirming the transaction.
After entering the details of your card, you will be transferred to your bank’s website where you will be asked to identify yourself.
Each bank has its own procedure, which can for example ask to enter the date of birth, to enter a code received by SMS, to answer a personal question.
For security purposes, Yamamay reserves the right to request a photocopy of the customer’s identity card for payments made by credit card.

PayPal: If the Customer has a PayPal account, they can pay for their order directly online. After choosing the payment method, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site. You must enter your details and proceed with the payment. With PayPal, the Customer’s banking information is never communicated to Yamamay. PayPal uses an encrypted system to protect the Customer’s card number.

AmazonPay: By selecting this payment method, you are transferred to the Amazon website, which is exclusively managed by the latter, to enter your login credentials for the service provided by Amazon and then select the delivery address (provided it is located in one of the states listed on the Site) and the payment method available in your Amazon account.
