Yamamay will start processing your order after receiving the payment confirmation; your goods will be processed within the next 24 hours.
When your package is ready you will receive two e-mails: one from our systems with a summary of the general information and one from BRT containing the link to access the tracking of the shipment.
All deliveries on national territory will be handled by the BRT express courier.
The price of shipping is € 4.95 in the case of home delivery and € 2.95 in the case of in-store collection. Yamamay offers free shipping with a minimum purchase of €49 on the entire catalogue. So you can place your orders without worrying about shipping costs.
Generally, the delivery time varies, depending on the destination, from 24 to 72 hours (to be understood as working days, Mon to Fri) to be added to the preparation time of your order.
**For customised products, it may take approximately three working days longer than the stated delivery time. We would also like to inform you that in connection with special events (sales, Black Friday, Cyber monday, etc.), the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant care in respecting the stated times.
BRT will make another delivery attempt on its own; if the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the BRT branch will contact you by telephone the same evening. After 3 working days without receiving any instructions, your order will be placed in storage and held in the BRT branch responsible for final delivery for a maximum period of 10 days.
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to change the delivery address of an order; therefore, choose the delivery address carefully and contact our customer service for any changes.
Besides Italy, Yamamay ships to Germany, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Holland and Belgium. Select the correct country from the menu so to enable you placing the order.
First check the tracking of your shipment. If the two delivery attempts have already been made and you have not answered the phone call from the BRT operator, it is probably in stock. Contact our customer service to unblock the shipment.
