Shipping and Payments


The shipment of products purchased on will be delivered by the express courier BRT or Poste, generally within 1-4 working days from order prompt. For orders to be paid by cash on delivery, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks. By "working days" we naturally mean from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.

For customized products, it may take approximately three working days longer than the stated delivery times. We also inform you that, in conjunction with particular events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant care in compliance with the established times.
Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not yet possible to change the shipping address of an order; therefore, carefully choose the delivery address.
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that we are awaiting payment approval to process your purchases.
Upon receipt of payment on our systems, you will receive a subsequent e-mail message that will confirm that the order will be processed and processed shortly; in particular you will find:
• the summary of your order;
• your personal details;
• the details of the billing documents.
You will also be informed that we are packing your products and pre-arranging the shipment.

When the package is actually ready, it will be entrusted to the BRT / Poste carrier, which at the same time will send the Customer a confirmation communication with all the details necessary to monitor the order, using the tracking code; it will also be allowed to reprogram it.
If BRT / Poste fails to deliver the package, it will retry delivery on the following working day by sending a notice via e-mail.
Following the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the BRT / Poste branch will contact the Customer by telephone, where possible.
After 3 working days without having received information, the order will be placed in storage and kept in the Bartolini branch and / or Post Office responsible for final delivery for a maximum period of 10 days.
The customer will be contacted by our customer service and if the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.


Purchases made on the website can be paid for using the following forms of payment:
• Credit card
• PayPal
• AmazonPay
• Cash on delivery (COD) - Only in Italy

    Payment must be made at the time of the online order by the customer or cash on delivery directly to the courier at the time of delivery of the package. At no time, the sums paid can be considered as installments or advances. All orders are payable in euros.

Credit Card: The payment of the order by the Customer can be made by credit card, a simple and safe means for online purchases. Yamamay accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and PostePay.
Yamamay guarantees customers maximum security thanks to the most widely used encryption solution on the market. In fact, by clicking on the bank card held, the Customer will be directed to the supervised payment site of the Adyen company which implements the SSL security standard. Confidential data is transmitted encrypted to the Adyen company. The financial information of the Customer who purchases on the yamamay website (credit card number, credit card expiration date and other personal data) will be processed exclusively by Adyen and will never reach yamamay's possession and / or knowledge. As part of the fight against fraud, Yamamay uses 3D Secure payment for orders paid by Visa and MasterCard cards.
3D Secure (also called Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) is a payment system through authentication that allows you to strengthen security during online purchases. At the time of payment, the Customer's bank verifies the identity of the cardholder before confirming the transaction.
After entering the details of his card, the Customer will be transferred to the website of his bank on which he will be asked to identify himself.
Each bank has its own procedure, which can, for example, ask to enter the date of birth, to enter a code received via SMS, to answer a personal question.
For security purposes, Yamamay reserves the right to request a photocopy of the Customer's identity card for payments made by credit card.
PayPal: If the customer has a PayPal account, he can pay for his order directly online. After choosing the payment method, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site. You will have to enter your details and proceed with the payment. With PayPal, the Customer's banking information is never communicated to Yamamay. PayPal protects the customer's card number with an encrypted system.
AmazonPay: By selecting which payment method, you are transferred to the Amazon site, managed exclusively by the latter, to enter your login credentials to the service provided by Amazon and then select the delivery address (provided that it is included in one of the indicated on the Site) and the means of payment among those available in your Amazon account.
Cash on delivery: This method of payment is only available for shipments in Italy. Following the entrusting of the goods to the courier (Bartolini), this will arrange for delivery. After the expected waiting times for the delivery of the order, our courier will proceed with the shipment. Upon delivery, payment can only be made in cash. The Customer is requested to have the exact amount of the payment on hand as the carrier is unable to give change. The additional cost for this payment method is 3.00 euros.
