FAQ - Returns and Refunds
How can I make a return?
You can request a return by logging into your account and accessing the “My Orders” section on Yamamay.com.
Open the order you wish to return and, on the order details page, click the “Request Return” button. You will be able to select the items you wish to return, specifying the quantity and reason, and then submit your request.
Within what timeframe can I request a return?
You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery of your order.
Once the request has been submitted, you have a further 14 days to ship the items.
Come restituire il pacco contenente il reso?
La restituzione del tuo reso è semplice e veloce.
Dopo aver inserito la richiesta di reso, dovrai consegnare il pacco presso un locker o un punto di ritiro InPost. Per effettuare la spedizione, utilizza il QR code ricevuto via email e SMS. Se non trovi il messaggio, ti consigliamo di controllare anche la cartella spam o posta indesiderata.
I have not received the QR code needed for the return. What should I do?
To receive the QR code for your return shipment, you must first complete the return procedure from your account. If you have already completed the procedure but have not received the QR code, we recommend checking your spam or junk email folder.

How much does a return cost?
Return costs, equal to € 5, will be deducted directly from the refund issued after the returned items have been received.
What happens after I hand over the return to the courier?
After the parcel has been handed over, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the tracking code for your return.
What happens after the return is delivered?
Once received, the return is inspected by our team to verify that it meets the required conditions. Yamamay reserves the right to apply any additional costs if necessary for the restoration and resale of the items. In such cases, any applicable charges will be communicated to you at the end of the inspection.
Can I choose a different courier for returning my order?
Yes, you can return your order using a courier of your choice. In this case, the shipping costs are at your expense, and you are responsible for any loss or damage during transport.

Please remember to use the original packaging, if possible, or an equivalent one, and note that the shipment remains under your responsibility until delivery.
To avoid being charged return handling costs, please contact us as soon as you have shipped the return with your chosen courier.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Once the necessary checks on the returned items have been completed, the refund due will be issued via credit.
Please note that a few days may pass between the date we receive the return and the date the refund is processed.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the purchase and using the same payment method used by the Customer.
Any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, they will be refunded the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs (standard delivery only).
Return shipping costs, amounting to €5 when using the designated carrier, will not be refunded. Any additional costs resulting from the Customer choosing sustainable Movopack packaging will also not be refunded.
In the case of defects and/or non-conformity, the Customer is entitled to a free return of the items in question.
What conditions must items meet in order to be returned?
Items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
They must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be properly packed and packaged.
All labels, both fabric and hanging tags, must be intact and must not be removed under any circumstances.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Yamamay reserves the right to refuse the returned items and send them back to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
