In which currency are payments accepted?
Payments are accepted exclusively in euros (€).

My payment was not accepted, what can I do?
Please check that the information entered is correct (login details, card number, expiration date, etc.). If the problem persists, you can contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.
Our Customer Care team is always available to assist you with the purchase process. If you encounter an issue, you can email yamamayhelp@yamamay.com, attaching a screenshot of the page where the error occurred and the name associated with the purchase.
Are product prices on the website inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all product prices shown on the website include VAT.
How can I use my gift card online?
You can use your e-Gift Card on our website by entering the code in the “discount code or gift card” field during checkout.
If you purchased your e-Gift Card before 29/04/2026, please enter the code without hyphens.
