Shipping and Payments


Shipment of products purchased at will be delivered via FEDEX express courier, generally in 5-8 business days from order readiness. For orders placed by credit card, one business day must be added to the normal shipping timeframe for normal administrative checks. By "business days," we of course mean Monday through Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.

For customized products, it may take about three business days longer than the stated delivery time. Please also be advised that, in conjunction with special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant care to adhere to the stated timeframe.

Unfortunately, at this time, it is not yet possible to change the shipping address of an order; therefore, please choose your delivery address carefully.

Following your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that we are waiting for payment approval to process your purchases; specifically you will find:

-the summary of your order;
-your personal details;
-the details of the billing documents.
-you will also be informed that we are packing your products and pre-arranging shipping.

Upon receipt of payment on our systems, you will receive a subsequent e-mail confirming that your order will be processed and worked on shortly.

When your package is actually ready, it will be entrusted to the FEDEX carrier, who at the same time, will send you a confirmation notice with all the details you need to track your order, using the tracking code; you will also be allowed to reschedule it.

If FEDEX fails to deliver your package, it will retry delivery on the next business day, sending you an e-mail notice.

Following the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the FEDEX branch will contact you by phone where possible.

In the case of direct shipments to individuals, telephone contact will be made generally during non-working hours.

After 3 business days have passed without receiving any indication, your order will be placed in storage and held at the FEDEX Branch in charge of final delivery for up to 10 days.

You will be contacted by our customer service and if the package is not picked up within this period, it will be returned to sender.


Purchases made on can be paid by the following forms of payment:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • AmazonPay
  • E-Gift Cards

No other forms of payment are accepted

Payment must be made at the time of the online order by the Customer. At no time, the amounts paid may be considered as installments or down payments. All orders are payable in euros.

Credit Card: Payment of the order by the Customer can be made by credit card, a simple and secure mean for online purchases. Yamamay accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and PostePay.

Yamamay guarantees Customers maximum security thanks to the most widely used encryption solution in the market. In fact, by clicking on the bank card held, the Customer will be directed to the supervised payment site of the company Adyen that implements the SSL security standard. Confidential data is transmitted in an encrypted manner to the Adyen company. The financial information of the Customer who purchases on Yamamay's site (credit card number, credit card expiration date and other personal data) will be processed exclusively by Adyen and will never come into the possession and/or knowledge of Yamamay.

As part of the fight against fraud, Yamamay uses 3D Secure payment for orders paid for by Visa and MasterCard.

3D Secure (also called Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) is a payment system using authentication to reinforce security during purchases made online. At the time of payment, the Customer's bank verifies the identity of the cardholder before confirming the transaction.

After entering their card details, the Customer will be transferred to their bank's site on which they will be asked to identify themselves.

Each bank has its own procedure, which may, for example, ask to enter the date of birth, to enter a code received by SMS, to answer a personal question.

For security purposes, Yamamay reserves the right to ask for a photocopy of the Customer's ID card for payments made by credit card.

PayPal: If the Customer has a PayPal account they can pay for their order directly online. After choosing the payment method, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site. He/she will need to enter his/her information and proceed with the payment. With PayPal, the Customer's banking information is never disclosed to Yamamay. PayPal protects the Customer's card number with an encrypted system.

AmazonPay: By selecting which payment method, you are transferred to Amazon's site, managed exclusively by Amazon, to enter your credentials to access the service provided by Amazon and then select the delivery address (as long as it is included in one of the states indicated on the Site) and the means of payment from those available in your Amazon account.
